Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Highbridge Linden Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in San Jose serving households and small businesses, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including fraud alerts, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
