Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Lumen Wren Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Columbus. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including dock schedules, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
