Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Northwind Drift Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Honolulu, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including supply orders, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
