Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Greenridge Junction Financial serves customers across Virginia Beach with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including regulatory reports, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
