Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Cedar Wilder Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Reno, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including production lots, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
