Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Raleigh, NC)

Summit Quill Legal Group is a law firm in Raleigh serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including intake forms, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
