Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Vale Press and adding a Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be new-customer onboarding. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer orders, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
