Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Providence, RI)

Highbridge Harbor Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Providence with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including collection routes, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
