Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Portland, OR)

Stonegate Maple Manufacturing Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Portland. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including scrap and rework, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
