Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Rook Manufacturing Partners and adding a Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer orders, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
