Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Orlando, FL)

Westbrook Ember Manufacturing makes precision components in Orlando. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 176 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including production lines, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
