Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Omaha, NE)

Cedar River Housing is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 315 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including waiting lists, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
