Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Nova West Banking Services Group and adding a Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including card disputes, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
