Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Oakland, CA)

Amberfield Linden Legal Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including billing records, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
