Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Oakland, CA)

Nova Meridian Banking Services is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 558 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including deposit accounts, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
