Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (New Orleans, LA)

Harborlight Cross Hospitality is a hospitality company in New Orleans with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including group events, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
