Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (New Orleans, LA)

Greenridge Birch Energy Group is an energy provider in New Orleans focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including billing disputes, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
