Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Nashville, TN)

Summit Junction Auto Group is a Nashville company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including supplier deliveries, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
