Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Nashville, TN)

Greenridge Sparrow Arts Center is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including school partnerships, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
