Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Nashville, TN)

Northwind Oak Foods Group is a Nashville food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including sanitation schedules, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
