Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Nashville, TN)

Harborlight Ashton Legal Group is a law firm in Nashville serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including billing records, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
