Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Minneapolis, MN)

Nova Willow Insurance Group is an insurance company in Minneapolis with claims and service teams, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 678 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including underwriting files, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
