Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Minneapolis, MN)

Harborlight Mill Arts Center Partners is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including volunteer programmes, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
