Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Minneapolis, MN)

Lumen Lakeside Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Minneapolis with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including recycling loads, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
