Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood Willow Medical is a Milwaukee company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including clinical evaluations, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
