Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Memphis, TN)

Stonegate Quarry Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Memphis, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including school partnerships, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
