Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Madison, WI)

Summit Meridian Hospitality is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including group events, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
