Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Madison, WI)

Westbrook Pine Manufacturing is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including work orders, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
