Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Madison, WI)

Rivermark Juniper Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Madison. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including sanitation schedules, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
