Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Louisville, KY)

Foxglove Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Louisville working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including survey data, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
