Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Little Rock, AR)

Ironwood Meridian Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Little Rock, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer sites, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
