Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Las Vegas, NV)

Lumen Bright Press is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer orders, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
