Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Las Vegas, NV)

Northwind Fox Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Las Vegas plant. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including production lines, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
