Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Knoxville, TN)

Summit Environmental Services is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including collection routes, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
