Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Kansas City, MO)

Greenridge Quill Legal Group is a Kansas City practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including court deadlines, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
