Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Kansas City, MO)

Rivermark Beacon Manufacturing is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including scrap and rework, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
