Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Jacksonville, FL)

Foxglove Pike Auto Group is a Jacksonville company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including vehicle inspections, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
