Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Jackson, MS)

Highbridge Granite Press Associates is a printer and publisher in Jackson serving local and national clients, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 419 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including proofing, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
