Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Indianapolis, IN)

Greenridge Fox Auto Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including parts orders, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
