Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Houston, TX)

Westbrook Granite Housing is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including resident services, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
