Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Houston, TX)

Northwind Juniper Legal Group is a Houston practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Houston. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including trust accounts, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
