Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Houston, TX)

Bright Forge Freight Group is a Houston logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including carrier rates, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
