Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Honolulu, HI)

Fernwood Meridian Civic Services supports public agencies in Honolulu with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 350 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including budget submissions, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
