Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Honolulu, HI)

Stonegate Wren Inspection Services Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 564 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including equipment calibration, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
