Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Honolulu, HI)

Foxglove Basin Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Honolulu focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including billing accounts, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
