Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Hartford, CT)

Rivermark Sparrow Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Hartford with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including recycling loads, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
