Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Fresno, CA)

Greenridge Vista Housing is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including waiting lists, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
