Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Fresno, CA)

Ironwood Clear Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Fresno. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 740 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including field inspections, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
