Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Fort Worth, TX)

Westbrook Cedar Banking Services Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including branch operations, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
