Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (El Paso, TX)

Nova Bridge Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around El Paso, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including route schedules, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
